If you are having issues where your payment has failed or your card has been declined, this could be for a number of reasons such as:
Is your nominated debit/ credit card in date?
- An expired card will fail.
- Ensure you have enough funds in your account to cover your payment.
Is this the right card?
- Is the correct card set as default in your GlamourPay account.
Have you passed 3D authentication?
- If the card is being blocked from making payments due to the 3D authentication step then you will need to contact your bank.
